We present the Ghost Intelligence System, an endto-end RF threat detection pipeline integrating anomaly reconstruction, orbital impersonation detection, and multi-modal
fusion. The system provides real-time alerting with 2.4 kalerts/s
throughput and sub-25 ms latency. Our evaluation demonstrates
82 % alert yield while minimizing false alarms through structured
threat assessment and adaptive thresholding. Compared to stateof-the-art approaches, we achieve 51% latency reduction, 23%
precision improvement, and 19% better orbital impersonation
detection.
